Updates for the Only Child

04/30/10 - We've now hit the due date for our next little one, but no signs of him/her showing up yet! Even Liz is ready. When I dropped her off at Ruthie's yesterday she said, "Mommy, baby sissy?" Here are some pictures since Easter. The day after Easter we had a playdate with Kate & Jackson. We went to the playground and then had lunch at McDonald's. The kids played more near each other than they did with each other!

Heather sent a gift for the new baby, and a new swimsuit for Lizzie. This is 6:30 in the morning. She went to breakfast in this (with black leggings on too).
Lizzie was a big help as grandma and mommy pulled weeds in preparation for the new mulch!

This looks like she is innocently helping me bake. What you don't see is how many times her hand went into the batter and then her mouth and then the batter and then her mouth...

Easter!!!

04/04/10 - Our entire family has had a fabulous Easter weekend together. The weather has been beautiful and Elizabeth is so much fun! She enjoyed spending nearly all of Friday outside in the sunshine, capped off by dinner at the Hotel where she housed her mac-n-cheese. Saturday we went to the Easter bunny breakfast and then did the Easter egg hunt. Easter Sunday was spent at an early church service, nap, church, lunch at Grandma Kilmer's and dinner at the Woodruff's. Busy, busy, busy...and tons of fun!
